What we do

The Metric Performance introduces residential building projects to licensed builders. We are not a builder, we do not carry out building work, and we are not a party to any building contract.

Joining is free

There is no membership fee, no monthly fee and no charge for receiving a project. Builders pay nothing to receive a project. A referral fee of 0.85% of the contract value is payable only if the project proceeds to a signed contract. The referral fee is 0.85% of the contract value, confirmed in writing before you quote.

Your obligations

You must hold a current builder licence in the state where the work is carried out, maintain public liability and contract works insurance, and keep the details you give us accurate and up to date. You are responsible for your own quoting, contracts, compliance and workmanship.

No guarantee of work

We do not guarantee any volume of introductions, that a project will proceed, or that you will be selected. Project information is provided as we receive it and you should verify it independently.

Leaving

You can ask to be removed from the network at any time. The referral fee remains payable on any project we introduced that proceeds to contract.
