No obligation and no minimum. Send one project a year or one a week — you decide which ones.
03 — We match and check
We confirm licence, insurance and genuine capacity, ask for references and speak to people the builder has built for before any introduction.
There is no cost to you or your client. Builders pay a fee for the introduction, and we disclose that to your client.
