- How we match
- Location, project value, project type and current capacity. We ask builders about capacity before anyone is introduced, so your client isn't waiting on a builder who is booked out.
- What we verify
- Licence number and state, ABN, entity name, public liability and contract works insurance — and we ask for references and speak to people the builder has built for before introducing them to your client.
- What it costs you
- Nothing. The builder pays us a fee for the introduction. We tell your client that too.
