- A construction lead is a building project opportunity — a homeowner, developer or designer with a project they want built. A lead is only useful to a builder when the project type, budget and location actually match their business.
- Are these shared leads sold to multiple builders?
- No. We are a referral network, not a lead seller. We introduce a project to a builder it suits, and agree the fee with that builder before they proceed.
- How can a builder find more custom home projects?
- Custom home projects usually start with an architect, designer or a homeowner with land. Being visible to those sources — and being the builder a network thinks of for that price band — is how the work comes through.
