Referrals
Builder referrals, done properly.
A builder referral network only works when the match is right. We spend the time understanding what you build, where you build it and what a good project looks like for you — then we go and look for it.
The referral process
- 1. You join. Build type, service area, typical project value and current capacity.
- 2. We look. We source building project referrals from homeowners, designers, architects and developers.
- 3. We match. A project only goes to a builder it genuinely suits.
- 4. We contact you. You get the details and decide. The fee is agreed before you proceed.
Why matching matters
A $2m architectural home and a single-room extension need very different builders. Sending every project to every builder wastes everyone's time and produces quotes nobody wins. Construction project referrals are only valuable when they're filtered first.
Common questions
- How do builder referral networks work?
- A referral network sits between people who need a builder and builders who want work. The network learns what each builder does, finds projects that match, and introduces the two. The builder quotes and contracts directly with the client.
- How do construction referrals work commercially?
- There is no monthly fee. When we connect you with a project, we agree on a referral fee or markup up front, before you proceed. Nothing is charged for projects you decline.
- How do architects and developers find builders?
- Usually through their own contacts, which limits them to a handful of builders. A referral network widens that pool and matches the project to a builder with the right experience, capacity and price band.
